Bad attitude towards customers!!

I bought a fridge last year @the above mentioned store & now 10 months down the line the appliance has stopped working & I took the fridge back since the guarantee has not expired, they told me that they will send the technicians to come & check the fridge & to this day they have not pitched, I called the store to enquire about the delays & I got through a switch board where I got to a VERY RUDE woman who kept on hanging up on me telling me that she deals with many customers & that she doesn't have time for nuisance when all I asked was to be put through the manager or customer services & when I called for the fifth time she picked up & said nothing & when I tried to speak & upon hearing my voice she deliberately hung up on me again without saying a word. All I ever wanted was to enquire I never expected to be treated like trash by one of the staff members.
