BAD ATTITUDE REGARDING PRICES ADVERTISED

I googled prices on the PnP website, saw some items that I liked, I called & spoke to Managee, who was accommodating, I went into the store to purchase, & was told that certain items I needed smart shopper vouchers for, I went to the machine-no vouchers, to which a staff advised that there was no vouchers, another staff by the name of Shane Ganesan advised that there were no vouchers, in any event, the item, a Sunonsig Kaapse Brut, scanned at R114 instead of R90, I was made to wait more than 25 minutes, for a supervisor and then Shane came along, **** that he was the store manager, and said we can charge the price on the system, or you need to print the brochure, I asked if the store had internet access, to which he rep**** NO, he was rude and obnoxious, and this is not my first encounter with this employee. I spent more than R15k each month at PnP - my smart shopper card can prove this, but you just lost a customer, I am appalled at the behavior of the staff. Other customers then started fussing about the delay, and I had to leave, it saddens me, and has ruined my excitement over the festive period!! I would like to know what PnP is doing to change this employee's attitude!!!
