Bad attitude of workers at PnP vaal mall

I was at PnP vaal mall receiving gate (04/02/2018 13:30)to find out if they still give throw away boxes to the public.When i arrived at the gate there were +/-8 people near the door, i whistled and ask if one of them can come to the gate(because it was locked) that i can ask them.They looked straight at me and go and sit while looking at me even though i called a few times they just kept ignoring me while looking straight at me.Can somebody please tell me if they still give boxes and why the workers have that bad attitude while according to my knowledge they portray an image on adverticements that they are helpfull.
