Bad attitude of Supervisors

I visited Pick n Pay Panorama today. Stood in the long que, handed my goods to be purchased and requested to withdraw R2000.00 cash. The cashier says there is a limit per till of R1500. I asked for a supervisor because there are no notices confirming this limit. The supervisor comes 5 minutes later, says there is a limit and walks away. I called for her and she says the cashier must call her back after she is done, but she never came back. Another rude supervisor eventually comes and says the same thing and says I must go to another till, but I must stand in line again and she also walks away while I am talking to her. I go to the customer service person to complain and he says they can't help me and I must go to the ATM. This is the last time I shop at Pick n Pay because they clearly do not value their customers

If you value me as a customer, please supply feedback as to what is going to be done about this. No point in saying it has been reported to management and then leave it there. Why does this particular store make their own rules and disrespects their customers?
