Bad attitude of cashiers

Good afternoon. My name is Werner Nell Strydom. I have been shopping at Pick&Pay Birkenhead Square, Melkbostrand since 2012. I have always enjoyed my shopping experience there, but I am starting to get concerned about the rude and dismissive attitude of the cashiers. A customer is not always right, but a service provider should reflect the values of their company. The onus is on the customer and service employee to treat each other with decency, dignity and respect. Some cashiers at Pick & Pay Birkenhead Square, clearly don't understand this. I will not name the cashier whose attitude I found offensive this morning. This person is a provider for her family and I don't wish to put innocent people in jeapordy. Some of the cashier staff at Pick & Pay, Birkenhead Square need to work on their attitude. This problem cannot be fixed with training.
