BAD attitude - Mokgadi Pick n Pay!

Such a horrible experience, dealing with a person of bad attitude and appalling customer service. Mokgadi at Pick n Pay Blue Hills literally had to be begged by her supervisor to do her job (scan our 5 items) so we could pay and leave. She was even turning red from her rage to do her job. She made it seem like it is our fault that the store does not have enough cashiers thus they could not have a queue for customers paying for less than 10 items. I mean why must we stand in line (with people buying month-end groceries and packed up trollies) to pay for 5 item?! .Pick n pay needs to train their stuff on awesome customer service and Mokgadi must be the 1st one to be enrolled because she lacks basics customer s****s, such as a greeting and a thank you!
