Bad Attitude - Manager , Nelspruit Ilanga Mall
On 21/12/17 my family and I did a grocery shop at Nelspruit Ilanga Mall Pick n Pay where I met up with a less than happy shopping moment and have to express my total dissatisfaction at the manner in which the store Manager handled my complaint. After a point of sale problem that occurred with my credit card that was clearly proved to be a store issue, this manager proceeded to be downright rude and condescending ! Shame on you Pick n Pay that you employ such poorly s****ed and rude persons to manage a store this size!! This young man is lacking in manners and has no idea of customer relations or even common courtesy to his shop clients who actually pay his salary. Its no wonder this store has never been a destination shopping stop for many of my family and friends in the Lowveld. Despite having attempted to correspond with Pick n Pay in this regard on the day via their "customer care" mail address, to date I have received no response. I will be escalating this issue to the social media platforms shortly should I not receive an amicable apology from Pick n Pay in due course.
