Bad attitude manager!!!!!

I am a very loyal customer of pick n pay sunninghill and today I wanted to exchange without a till slip(which I have done before without any hassles since I ddnt actually want my money back).I was helped by a nice lady who didn't have a problem but had to get authorisation from the manager first ,she went to explain to the manager who did not want to hear nothing of it ,he did not even acknowledge my presence to even explain if its a matter of policy,i was standing in front of him but he did not even greet me let alone look at me instead he just kept walking away and left me standing like I am a fool .i am very disappointed by this kind of service from an assistant store manager(Ian Ngwenya) who should know better.
