Bad attitude from staff member

<p>I was at the store to buy groceries and nappies.There was a special on Pampers jumbo pack pants for R139.90 but there was no size that I was looking for.I spoke to a guy called Luqmaan whom I believe is the front line kind of supervisor.I asked him to do a rain check so that I can come back and buy when there is stock.He told me only on Fridays that I can do that.I told him it is the first time I hear that,normally if I do rain check at other pick n pay I get it irrespective of the day.He was so rude and told me I can go to those pick n pay and that I have an attitude he is not going to speak to me and he walked away and sent me to the manager and he did not even show me the manager he just pointed on the other side and there was a lot of people standing that side I had to figure out who is the manager.He did not give me the other options available for me in order to solve the situation.He does not have a respect for me as a customer and for his superior as he back chatt me and showed off</p> <p>infront of the manager and did not care that i took his name down,he told me to go ahead and report him.Only the manager Naseem that spoke some sense to me and resolved my problem.In my opinion, he is not suppose to be doing the customer service job if he does not have patience and the right attitude and way of speaking to the customers.</p> <p> </p>
