Bad attitude from cashier In killarney mall pick n pay

I'm very disappointed about the attitude from cashier from Pick n pay in killarney Sisipho Ngcotsho I went to a till that says you need to have 10 items I with my friend we used my busket and I we had 11 items she said it's she won't help if we have more than 10 items I said we didn't count but we going to pay separately she was still refusing for me to pay until she agreed and I gave her my smart shopper she used it when my friend wanted to use a smart shopper and borrowed mine she refused to use it and she scanned 5 bread deliberately instead of 4 bread I saw. It when I was at home I didn't return to get my refund also there was a customer that skipped the queue I asked her why she making a big deal with me and my friend while she helped her friend in front of us but I didn't say anything she was swreari at me please I'm a regular customer at pick n pay I have good relationship with other cashier but I'm very disappointed about the behavior of Sisipho You can check the camera this happened today 05/02/23 around 13:46 to 13:50
