Bad attitude from cashier!!!
Had the worst service at Pick n Pay family Birchleigh today and traveling with a 5week old baby at that. I bought my items and went to pay (cashier Sharon Mlambo) assisted me nicely till I requested a cash back. Told me she had just arrived and no money in the till which is understandable. I then requested she ask the other tills and she denied saying it's pensioner day and all the tills don't have money I should go to the pensioner queue and wait to be assisted there like everyone else. That is the worst service I have ever received at that pick n Pay after living in the area and doing our groceries there with my parents since I was in primary.

15 May 2023, 06:45So this matter was closed yet not resolved, no apology from the rude cashier was received which makes me wonder if store managers actually promote such behavior and don't reprimand their staff. I received a call on the 8th May are 11h42 from the Birchleigh North manager who promised to investigate and get back to me. How long does an investigation take? Unless you are inundated with complaints. Also, why have I not received an update yet I'm told to rate
