BAD ATTITUDE FROM CASHIER AND MANAGER

Im a regular Pick and Pay Customer for almost 10 Years of my life, and a regular shopper, but this morning i was very disgusted, as i went to one of local Pick N Pay in Mamelodi Gardens, actual its A BP Garage, and runs a Pick n Pay Express, i needed to buy eletricity for emergency around 06h40, i was assisted by a cashier a female lady who refused to give me her name, so i needed eletricity Eskom voucher of R30, and she said they only issue eletricity voucher as from R50 upwards!! i was very surprised as i always buy eletricity of any amount, but the cashier simply answered me she cannot help me, even thought i explained to her i have a emergency i drove 15 km passing other garages just to get at Pick n Pay as i trusted your services, but still she refused to assist saying its not her fault its the way they run the business! So i Demanded to see the branch manager so that i can get the clarification! she said manager just got to the shop so i will wait a very long time to see manager, i said fine give me her name she refused, 10 min late a lady wearing the uniform with tag REBECCA, was very unprofessional, could not assist me, with a very bad attitude!<br> <br> I m very dissapointed!!
