Bad attitude from a manager
So I stay in Centurion and I was visiting my family in Dobsonville when my daughter started getting sick and I rushed her to casualty.she was admitted then they gave us visiting hours I called a relative to come stay with her while I go buy food and other basic stuff that we were gonna need and to do a cash back to pay the hospital as I was expected to pay a co-payment.the first cashier that couldn’t assist me with a cash back of R200 was Zinhle Gumede and she made it clear that she was not gonna assist I then went to the Kiosk were Grace also told me that she didn’t have cash and there was nothing she could do.I asked to speak to the manager and still i left without getting the cash as he was asking me a lot of questions with attitude.telling me that I should have escalated the matter to the supervisor first and that they also get cash from customers so if there is no cash there is no cash.ive never received such bad service from a manager.his name is Funi Mudau.he doesn’t have people s****s and his as bad as his staff.when I asked for his name he gave it to me boldly I asked him to repeat it as I didn’t get it the first time he told me I don’t listen.and I was thinking to myself if that’s how he addresses customer on a daily basis which for me is in unacceptable.
