bad attitude customer service

I was just doing my regular shopping as I love to do my shopping at pick n pay but after what happened I dont think I will ever shop there anyMore. ..I was suggesting that if a customer forgot his/her own smarts shopper card why can't they use the ID num access or not to loose the point. ..then he told me that I must hang my smart shopper card around my neck cos that will never happen only in the movies. I will never do my shopping at pick n pay ever again ppl should also stop cos this kind of an attitude from the manager is unacceptable
