Bad attitude

Good day Hellopeter

On the 24/03/2020 at 12:50 I went to the store (Pick n pay Braamfontein) to buy lunch and the cashier (Johanna Mbhombhi) that assistance me had a bad attitude towards me .

Firstly I gave her the items to scan and requested to withdraw an amount of R 200 , she did not confirm if she heard me or not , however she asked me to insert my card on the EFT machine and when I asked her if she has the money she still continues to say I should insert my card on the EFT machine . Which left me with a question if she knows what she doing or not or if the R 200 was added on my transaction . As her facial expression was not confirming anything . Secondly When she is done with my transaction she gave me a R 200 note and I requested two R 100 instead which said she does not have a change , Then i requested that she request IT from her colleagues as i can not queue again for a change of two R 100 . However she just continued to serve another customer while I am still waiting next to her , Later she continued to say that she does not have a change , and decided to threw me with that R200 note .

What made me to be angry she did not try to assist me further , and threw me with that R 200 note .

Please note her name is Johanna Mbhombhi

Hope to hear from you .

Kind regards, Nokuthula Dlamini
