Bad attitude by Mmaphefo, returns Clerk

Was at Pick n Pay Hyper Lifestyle Centurion to return a school skirt and shoes for my daughter so I can get the correct sizes.

I was refunded the money. The skirt was 59.99 but refunded R47.99. The lady that refunded told me at the tills the skirt will ring for R47.99, I did not find the correct size. I went back to returns to ask for my orginal slip, found another lady called Mmaphefo who told me that they threw away the receipt as the lady who initially assisted me was not there.

Mmaphefo kept asking what I want to do with receipt, as if its not important to her. I tried to explain to her that it is for record keeping she cut me off and said "Abuti do you want me to help you or not" , I then told her not to patronize me, I walked away from her to go talk to Shuan, assistant branch manager.

Mmaphefo should learn to speak to customers and let the explain instead of cutting them off. I found it disrepectful.

Why is PnP not giving customers their receipts back or give them proof of refund? This is *****. I bought a skirt for R59.99, I get refunded R47.99.
