Bad attitude by an angry & aggressive pick n pay butchery employee

I was badly treated by a pick n pay butchery employee today(pick n pay Tzaneen). I went to pick n pay to buy farmstyle boerewors and I when I got to the butchery area I found a lady by the name of Mapule Malungana, as usual I was friendly and asked for the farmstyle boerewors. She told me they don't have it, their farmstyle spice is finished. Then I said oh OK and left, I quickly made a call and went back to the butchery. On my way there I came across another guy who works at the butchery aswell, I spoke to him and told him that since farmstyle boerewors is not there they must just give me a beef wors. The guy told me that they do have farmstyle and requested the very same lady who told me they don't have it to assist me. The lady (Mapule Malungana) said she already told me that they don't have it and why I'm I back there again. She said I think I know better and she's not gonna come assist me, the guy had to beg her to come assist me. I stood there all confused because I didn't understand why she was giving me such bad attitude. She finally decided to come and when she came she started shouting at me and I told her to stop shouting at me. I told her that if she doesn't want to assist me then she must say so and I will go buy somewhere else. I was so humiliated and felt so embarrassed to be shouted at like that.
