Bad attitude by a teller or packer

There is a packer or cashier at Pick n pay ,her name is Simon a coloured lady.fews months back she didn't want to help me put my item in a pick and pay bag coz it's not her job.I complained but let it slide.Then last week she said I must pack my own bag because i asked her to used one pack for 5 items but when i did it myself they fitted.We argued but no one came to my rescue even the supervisor on the floor .
