Bad attitude

Was at your mall @reds branch earlier today and did not appreciate the service of one of your staff members by the name of Raphuthi. I acknowledge that maybe I saw the I might have saw a wrong price as I picked the item on the floor but when we went back she did not even want to listen to what I was saying to her, she kept on telling me that I was wrong. Had she listened to me I would have probably ended up buying the item anyway on whichever price because I needed it, but her attitude was the worst ever
