Bad attitude, Bad feed back and terrible response
my girlfriend went to purchase groceries at Pick n Pay (The Wheel Shopping Centre, Shamrock Lane, South Beach, Durban, 4001) yesterday and she for got tissue rolls. when she went back later to check if they were still there the ladies at the till immediately recognised her and said her tissue roll has been returned back to the store. They told her to go see the manager and she went. the manager told her that once the grocery passes the till it her responsibility from there on wards, I kind of agree but now why do they take her tissue roll back to re-sell again it stupid to me. she was chased away with no help at all even though she had her slip and the ladies at the till recognised her. it is sad how he treat people. to me it seems that he has poor people skill and i'm sure he is a bad manager as well. I hope this can be investigated ( they have cameras so someone should check them).
