Bad attitude & bad cut of meat

Hi...I really need to express my unhappiness with PnP Butchery...I need to inform you that they don't know what they're doing! We asked the butcher the day before yesterday for chump chops...he half rolled his eyes at me...that's AFTER I asked/insisted as there were none on the shelves...after he asked the other 'butcher' I asked him for a certain thickness...THEN his eyes couldn't roll back enough! In my face..After returning home and ready to braai..we discovered HOW the meat was actually cut. Also not cut near the thickness we wanted...our second experience at the same butcher was today. After waiting 20+min for the butcher as he was on his 15min tea break I requested 6kg pork belly ribs...then I was asked whether I'd like spareribs??? When I returned home...hubby awaiting...I showed him my purchase...he started laughing...NOT belly ribs...after seeing the price tag...anger struck...I paid R350 for 5.2 kg of pork ribs...half of which is fat...the second photo will show the qty fat cut off and the 3rd photo what we are having for supper.....for R350!!! That's meat only! Not a very good first impression as we have just moved to Knysna...
