Bad attitude
You as an employer should feel ashamed of this customer experience. Today I went to Pick n Pay clothing shop at Festival mall Kempton Park. I was initially assisted by a male named Elvis. I ask to do an account payment on my e-toll account. Gave him a previous receipt in order to start the transaction. He immediately said. "We dont to this kind of payments here at this store". I asked since when of which he rep**** ... never done it and arent doing it at the "clothing" stores. Shocked and knowing that that was a lie. Luckily for me I had a previous receipt at the same store as I do monthly e-toll payments at the same store. I produce that receipt and asked him how does he explain this receipt with the Festival mall clothing name on it. Irritated by lies I told him to get someone to come and help HIM. A kind lady came to assist... struggled somehow but manage- and also figured it on then. In the presence of his 2 female colleagues I said to him: watch how she does it cause Im coming back again next month and you owe me an apology. He asked rudely with the eyes rolling "for what" ... maybe for what cat, mouse or dog! I said for lying to ne telling ne the store doesnt do etoll payments. Still- first time no apology. The lady assisted I paid and still jolly and friend towards all 3 of them. Afterwards: Elvis Im waiting for an apology.... Response: "I WONT"... the lady said... just apologise to the customer. He still refused... I left with the words- you' ll hear from me again. My question to you: is this your "brand ambassador" that we as THEIR salary payers have to deal with? I (we) contribute to his salary. Its rude, disrespectful and stinky attitude that not acceptable. I dont want his apology any longer, my husband did that on his behalf and will be going with me on my next trip to PnP. Deal with your rotten apple and I would like to hear what the outcome was, seeing that this was witnessed by other staff members.
