Bad attitude and victimisation
I walked out of the store, my jersey hooked on the rack, I put my phone in my pocket and walked away. When I walked out they called me and accused me of *****ing, They asked if the could check me and I said that is fine they can. They then said it was not necessary to check me.

After leaving I decided to call them to say that I was really unhappy about the way they handled me. They then started shouting at me over the phone, saying that I was not supposed to say they can check me. I am 16 years old and the way they handled this was unacceptable and I feel victimised by poor trained staff.

Is this the WAY PICK 'N PAY HANDLES SITUATIONS...this is terrible. My parents are very unhappy on how the situation was handled and being victimised is even worse and a ******** offence.
