Bad attitude and service

We went to Pick n Pay Lifestyle Centre and bough shampoo on special, when we got to the till and presented our Pretorium Trust card the cashier (Pretty) called the manager (Sibongile) and she had one look at us and then walked away without explaining what is going on. We stood there waiting without any explanation feeling like *********, when we asked she said the card can only be charged with a chip machine. After paying we realised the price was wrong and went to customer service, she had a look and we got a refund but it clearly says you get double back. Once again we got a very rude Sibongile who said we cannot because it is a special, but on the board in the shop it doesn't say excluding products on special. Then we also got attitude from Caleen doing the refund. How can you have such a rude, unfriendly person in a management position and Caleen working with people!! No use having a big store if your staff is ***********, we will not be supporting you anymore and will tell all our friends (who also lives in the area) to rather go somewhere else.
