Bad attitude and service

<p>I went into the pick n pay at Link hills shopping centre in waterfall to use their aramex drop off service. I asked if someone could assist me with the procedure for sending a package and costs involved. I was told it is R99.00 which I paid..whilst filling out the waybill I accidentally made a mistake with the receivers address..I asked if I may have another form only to be told that I have to pay another R99.00 as the waybill is sealed inside the plastic sleeve. I couldn't believe it ..it was a genuine mistake..anyway I paid another R99.00.. to top it all the waybill they gave me was for local postage and not international..when I told them that I wanted to send overseas they rep**** ..oh sorry that is R299.00.. no one asked me if I wanted to send overseas or local</p> <p> </p> <p>I then asked to speak to the manager..after waiting 20 minutes I was met with a very bad attitude after explining the situation. She said why did I not ask for a form to send overseas? I explained it was the first time I used the service and no one asked if I wanted to send local or overseas..I was just told it was R99.00 ..they did not even want to refund me for the extra money I had to pay for making an error on the form</p> <p>Their attitude was terrible and not helpful in any way..</p> <p> </p>
