Bad Attitude and Service !!

I did my shopping at Pick n Pay Lakefield . I asked for some food at the kitchen where all the lovley warm food dishes is , the gave me what I asked for , but it was too much so I went back to ask them to make it less because I cant eat that much , the guy who helped me shook his head and said AI . Is that the way to treat customers ? Bad attitude at food counter I must say , they must do something about their attitudes its going to land them in newspapers . Bad service !!
