Bad attitude and service

Hi i am very much disappointed about the treatment i received from a lady On the teller by the name called SIBONGILE MODAU. Yesterday(friday 25 August 2017 at around 11h45 am till no 10/9), I got there in the shop asking for money only R1200.00 on the teller as fnb always advise us to use withdrawals on tills, i was the fourth before till and everyone in front paid with cash.

When i get to the till i handed my card then i asked nicely to make a withdrawal of the amount mentioned above. ("She rep**** i cant do it!!!" I said to her but i saw everyone in front of me paid using cash. And amount am requesting is not much i said PLEASE... "She rep**** the money inside the till is for G4s" then i said but not yet out of the till for collection. "She rep****, ARE YOU DONE!!! and now listen to me!!!".

I said sisi please, "she rep****, ARE YOU DONE!!!" And continues... "go to the ATM!!!". The reason we using tills is because ATMs are expensive on charges depending with areas especially rurals very costly. I can't chose to be charged approximately R37.00 to 47.00 per withdrawal on my business account instead for less or free NO!!!. Then she helped customers behind and left me hanging. I kept quiet then walked, i felt very HUMILIATED actually I've never felt so empty and stupid like KNOWING POSSIBILITY BUT IMPOSSIBLE for me...

So please i don't think PICK 'n PAY family Hendrina need such people to work for them or else if so, am never go inside PICK 'n PAY ever!!! for anything...

I sent this complain to the Wrong email address (hellopeter admin), and I also sent it to pick 'n pay itself till today I haven't received any response from them. (Hellopeter admin) referred me on this site....
