Bad Attitude and rotten meat

Saturday i purchased oxtail at Pick and Pay Three River - Riversquare. Meat was dated use by 13 July 2017.

When i got home the meat juice was green and when i opened the packet it was smelling. On Sunday i went back to return the meat and request a fresh pack. The supervisor Puseletso was very helpful, i asked to see the manager and she directed me to her and told her what happened. The manager Tshepo Masuku had no care in the world and did not even listen to what i had to say or ask to see the meat or how best can the store resolve the matter. She just told the staff member to give me a refund. She did not even greet or have any customer service attitude in her. The nearest store to me is Checkers Hyper but because i trusted the Pick and Pay brand i chose to do my shopping there - it is a great disappointment, a total waste of my money and family time and to get the bad attitude from a manager really ruined my day and how i feel about the brand. This is not my first bad experience with the brand and i am now fully convienced that they dont care about the customer or even train their staff on customer service.
