Bad Attitude and poor service from a casual named Mashudu

Im extremely disappointed with the service I've received from a casual named Mashudu from the diepkloof Square branch. We was extremely rude, unwillingness to help a customer further and no friendly response. She is not equipped with the right set of skills when it comes to assisting a customer and it's pretty disappointing that such things still exist.
