bad attitude and disrespect

Natasha working at parcel counter at Pretorius and andries was gave me bad attitude and she raised her voice on me .she was of the parcel counter i had to wait for her .on arrival she accused me of wanting to blame me for accusing her for *****ing i ahw told me i must take my parcels inside arguing with me that i must take parcels with me and she raised her voice.She is so young and i cannot be shouted by the young girl in a big store .Poor people skills and she can't handle pressure this are the two important traits she lacks as somebody working in retail
