Bad attitude and customer service

PICK N PAY in Leandra, Mpumalanga. Went to buy coffee and tea the only 2 tills is open and the store is so busy. When I my husband went to ask the manager to please open more tills she told him, you will be serviced just wait. She went and worked on a till which was not lock and there was already a drawer with money in. She help and started to ask very rudly do you want a bag which he rep**** no thanks he payed with a card she riped the card out of his hands asked for a pin when the transaction was done she throw his card back to him. Very bad bad customer service especially from the manager.
