Bad attitude alert!!!!!!

i have never had such horrible service at pnp in King Williams Town likr today. i understand procedures that need to be done but the level of rudeness and attitude i received. I was so embarrassed as i left the shop. i work with customer service and the 1 thing my company does when we start is to take us to a 5 day training for customer service. i have been shopping there for as long as it was open, was so disappointed as the manager at that store is far the friendliest person i have met but the staff member who helped me surely needs an attitude adjustment. She literally wanted to have the last word even though i was humble towards her. I was so hurt.
