Bad attitude.. aggressive

Im beyond shattered with the experience I got from my favorite pnp yes used to be my favorite. This pnp is convenient for me as its 2km drive, I there almost daily, I love tribe and they always have it nice and fresh, yesterday Johannesburg weather permitted for it, I dragged myself out of bed and went there if only I knew I would have remained in bed! The coloured guy at the Deli (Dion) was so rude and aggressive to me I was shacken, I asked for some tribe he said theres no more, I could see little bit on it on the warmer I asked him to please weigh the bits of whats left under the soup I dont mind, then I hit a nerve his response was "I told you theres no more dont tell me what to do, ive been working here for 15 years to be taught my job," I walked away few steps then turn back and APOLOGISED for making him check for the bits, my God the apology made it WORSE he stepped closer and said I mustnt come here and tell him what to do I have no respect for his job, silly me I still said im sorry.. I was shocked, such unnecessary attitude infront of other patrons, then he went to the back and slammed the doors. Was so embarrassed, all for just wanting some left bit tripe, thats all. Dion needs to be sent to anger management thats no way to treat people let alone a customer. Will be driving an additional 5km to Lemontree pnp going forward. Shame on you Dion.
