Bad attitude after waiting for the service

Yesterday I went to Pick n Pay Wonderboom Junction,got to the food counter and waited no one was there to assist while there was a gentleman Suprise I think he just stood there as well did assist or even said anything to me, I went to the manager office and then Mary decided to come and oh my word the bad service she gave me it was as if I was not suppose to come and shop there she didn't even apologized for keeping me waiting there instead she gave me a bad attitude. I'm so disappointed with the service I got yesterday.
