Bad attitude

I went to Pick n Pay clothing in Mall of Africa as I could not find the items in Greenstone so I had to ask them which is the nearest shop where I can find the items they confirmed Mall of Africa has 7 of the items I wanted to buy, so o went there I could not find the sizes, so I went to ask one of the lady’s who was close by, I greeted her she kept quite the first time, the second time time before she answered, she rolled her eyes, when I ask her questions it’s like she’s being forced to answer, she had zero interest of assisting me, how do you hire a person like, I told her that I was told you have 7 items of the stuff I wanted to buy and for some reason the number does not ****l even when they tried to call at Greenstone, I also tried to call the number as I wanted to address my issues number does not go through, the lady went to check the stuff and she came back telling me excuses that’s ppl that work at the back are not there but I could see that she just does want to help, so I ask her what do you want me to do cause I drove almost 30 minutes for the items, she has attitude, arrogant, eventually she find the items after I have insisted. The experience dealing with her was horrible, people like don’t deserve to deal with customers cause you don’t want to go to shop to deal with such nonsense. More especially after a long day at work. When I got to the teller the lady who was assisting me was very bubbly and friendly with a beautiful smile, she made me forget I about the experience I have encountered early but had to address this so it does not happen to anyone else.
