Bad Attitude

I went to our Pick n Pay Express this morning at 6:30 to buy milk. At the counter the price was R26,oo. When i got to the cashier the price was R29.00. I know that Pick n Pay has a policy with the price you see, what amazed me is that the workers in this store knew nothing about this policy, however over and above that their attitude was just appaling. The cashier plainly refused to hear reason, she called the manager who was jsut as ***********. When i asked for their names the manager walked away and the cashier refused to give her name. I find this attitude totally unacceptable, especially in a reputable store like Pick n Pay. I am not sure exactly what are the policies with Pick n Pay Express, however since they carry the Pick n Pay name, i would think the same policies should be upheld, and staff should be trained accordingly to ensure they uphold the reputation of Pick n Pay.
