Bad attitude

App**** for PNP store credit, being promised we would have a response within 24 hours - its been 1 week, phoned them 4 times yesterday and 4 times today. Extremely rude on the phone, everytime I get the same answer, we will sms you in 5 minutes, seriously dont you want business??
