Bad attitude

I'm really concerned about the cashiers at Pick and Pay Garankuwa they are so bitter. So today I see an opened cashier workstation ., I got there and asked if she is open her reply hhmm. Okay!! I stand there waiting for her to assist me because I can see she is busy applying vaseline on her lips. She then asks me ke emetseng(what am I waiting for) hehe so I observe her irritated face as I take out my items out of the basket. One of the cashiers asks "retla chaisa Mara" then Ms Stephina Mpye says ake bone!. Now I'm asking myself didn't she sign a contract that says she will work certain hours? Doesn't she get paid for those hours? Do employees have to make negative remarks in front of customers? Does friendless have time frames? I have observed them a plenty of times but today if I don't complain about the bad service we receive at the store they won't change...
