Bad ASAP online customer service

This was second bad experience on the Pick n Pay asap delivery app. Both involved items not being delivered and me trying to get my refund. The Checkers Sixty App is so amazing. You get a credit immediately and don’t have to jump through hoops for what is rightfully yours, I logged my refund, contacted them three times, reached out to them on social media all in vain. They never respond. It’s was R65 the first time and R70 this time , so it’s not going to break the bank but the principle of it is downright annoying. Why do they get to keep my funds when they have not delivered the items in question? Anyway it’s no wonder Checkers has started to lead the race again…
