BAD ASAP APP

ASAP APP: The wrong parcels were delivered to my address yesterday – the wrong items, and a much lesser value. The ASAP app said delivery between 15 – 16pm, then said “tomorrow”, then it notified me at 17:22 it was on the way. THE WRONG ORDER was delivered. Order was delivered here in the pouring rain at 17:30. The driver said I was the last delivery. SO WHO received my order and didn’t report it? I have left countless messages – NO call back. I have sent many emails – no feedback or resolution.
