Bad approach

For the past 2 days I have been going to the pick n pay in Carletonville, they have recently created 2 express tills, which is great, on the first day I was assisted and my goods were packed for me by a packer... I was happy! The next day I went again and was assisted by a different lady, she didn't greet me, and just said "plastic" told her I did not need it, today I was at pick n pay again, was assisted by the same lady that doesn't greet customers and again today she did not greet me and just went "plastic" which I said "yes" because I had 10 items, she then started shouting at a customer behind me telling him with an attitude that he shouldn't bring a trolley to her till, the guy had just 4 items in the trolley, I found the manner in which she spoke to the client rude, anyways she pushes my goods aside and says to me "pack for yourself" with an attitude, I was shocked, I asked her why do I need to pack for myself and she says it's the rules, can I not see that it's written express till and the express till is created for people like "me" I asked her who made that rule and she said it's always been like that! I then asked packed my stuff and told her that the rule is nonsense, I have been shopping at various pick n pays and have never had to pack my own goods, I then asked her for her name and she said "ke Mase" with an attitude yet again and a frown on her face. I then took my stuff and walked up to one of the ladies working there that were just standing around and chatting and asked what the cashier's name is and she informed me that it's Adelaide, and the lady by the name of Lillian asked me what was the matter and I asked her since when do customers pack their own goods and she told me it's the rules, when I asked since when, she couldn't give an answer, it seems to me that these ladies might be creating their own rules or is it perhaps how pick n pay now treats it's customers??? More than anything, I'm really not happy with Adelaide's attitude and the way she handled the situation. I feel she needs more training on how to explain changes in the store to customers. I informed Lillian that I would be taking up this issue with head office and the rest of the ladies (staff) that were standing around started making remarks about the issue, which I felt I wasn't going to entertain them and just left. I left a very unhappy customer of pick n pay today.

I'm still waiting for someone from the store to inform me if the matter has been dealt with or not? When I go to pick n pay again, will I be expected to pack my own goods again??????!
