Bad and worst service ever

Good day, on the 9th went to Pick n Pay in Jabulani Mall to do some shopping, while I was doing my shopping came across packets of rusks in the bakery department which had a R0. 00 in the shelf took about 11 packets went to the till while the cashier was scanning items I noticed that the rusks were scanning R67. 99 on the till which was the amount I did not see on the shelf...... We went to the bakery department with the cashier to show her the amount I saw, she actually did confirm the amount that is R0. 00 we went back to her till, she called her supervisor and explained the story, the supervisor took me to the bakery department with her to also confirm the amount I saw, she saw the same thing, then she went to call some guy who works in the department, which the guy came to us with no name tag with him. The guy had a stinking attitude in his explanation why the rusks had a R0. 00 amount as if the guy never went for customer service training 1. He told me this is store I knew when coming into the store that I need to pay for whatever I was taking as if I do not know that hmm 2. He told me if I did not understand something in the store I was suppose to ask, ask what because I took the items and saw the amount.. He told me about barcodes of which I did not understand if the barcodes are now the amount of items 3. The one that got me even angrier was him telling that if I insist on taking the rusks I am going to be arrested by the security guards by the door.. As if was a ***** in the store.... If I wanted to ***** why did I take the items to be scanned in the till point. I asked him to call the manager and he told me he is the manager... Was surprised with the level of attitude and lack of knowledge he had in the store that he is the manager I said wow I asked his name of which he refused to tell me Pick n Pay can do better if that is how their management speak to their customers. I. Ask him to call the store manager of which I was told he/she was not in the store.. An assistant manager came by the name of Gabriel and apologized for the attitude of that guy but refused to sell me the rusks with the amount I saw...but to my surprise they went and change the amount after my incident was asking myself why was it changed if clearly there was nothing wrong with what I saw I even took a photo of the amount I saw From Nomasonto *** ...
