I have a huge problem with the Pick n pay store in Klipfontein, Witbank. The staff is very very rude. Its the second time that i experience problems and disrespectful behavior form the staff there.

The first time i went there to buy a few stuff. On the self i found a bag of avo's with a price of R19.99 so when i got to the till to pay it rang R45 so i told the lady that i am going to pay the price on the shelf so she went to the manager with the name LUCAS, i stood in front of his office where he could see me, the lady went 3 or 4 times to him and back to me where he pointed to me and looked at me very rudely so he said i can forget he will not give it to me at that price i can go and buy it somewhere else for that price, and from my point of view if you find something on the shelf with a price in front of it thats the price you pay. He was very unprofessional. He could not even came down stairs to speak to me as a customer and manager, he gave messages to the lady the whole time, and realy not nice messages.

Today i went to the same pick n pay, to take back two shorts that i bought in cape town over December. A lady ith the name Meisie Mahlangu helped me, she showed te shorts to every one in the store telling them that i want to bring back the shorts but it has been worn. So she took the shorts to the manager, again the manager could not come to me, she was "busy" so Meisie said i should go to her. I bought the shorts in cape town one for my sister and one for my son, they both just fitted it on, the one for my sister was to big and the one for my son was to small, the tags where there as well as the slip, so the lady said they not going to help me because im lying. I am very upset, every time the staff in that store makes me feel like a ********. they are very rude, while i was busy speaking with Meisie the other staff members where laughing and Meisie was looking away speaking with the other staff members ignoring me. So i asked her her name and i told her that i was going to report her and her manager and the store so she waved her hand at me and said its fine i can go.

Still im sitting with these two shorts, i cant do anything with it as its not the right sizes and they dont want me to give back the goods.

Im a loyal customer at this same pick n pay store, i go there almost every day as it is close to my work but after what i experienced today for the second time i am very disgusted and upset. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
