Baby safety

<p>On the 10th of June 2016, my wife went shopping at Pick 'n Pay Arbour Crossing. On arrival she got herself a trolley with a baby chair on it, which had no straps. Our little 8 month was placed in the chair with his blacket and my wife hoped for the best. Then the dreaded happened, she turned her back for a second and bang our little guy had fallen from the trolley seat to the floor. We rushed him to the ER as a precaution, over a R1000-00, and thank goodness he was given the all clear. My letter is for you to investigate these chairs as I do not wish this on anybody else in the future. I am sure that this is not the first time this has happened and hope that Pick 'n Pay can sort this out before someones little one gets seriously injured. </p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Stuart</p>
