I placed 2 orders this morning on the pick n pay asap. I specifically asked to be called before delivery but the drivers just decided to chat via the app. Even now I haven't received my last 2 orders. I called the call centre asap spoke to one rude ****** lady who refused to give her name. Can I kindly be assisted or cancell the order and refund me I'm never placing an order on that app. I'm so disgusted. Order number *** & ***
