Awfull shopping experience

Not a good shopping experience at the pick and pay clothing store in sinoville ppretoria where the aircon never work, staff not helpful (although I feel.for them working in this heat without cool air) and they always forget the security pins on one or more of your items then the alarm at the door goes.off when you exit leaving you standing there looking like a ********
