Awful service from Pick n Pay ASAP, Cresta mall.

I ordered groceries from Pick N Pay Cresta yesterday and waited for hours thinking the order will arrive on the same day! My husband and I kept the door open until 9PM, thinking the order would come. The app was just stuck on the same "waiting for a driver" screen. No communication was sent after that. It just showed that the delivery was delayed. The order only arrived this morning at 08:13 with a very rude driver and all the frozen items now thawed, including a 5kg chicken braai pack. Items like fresh milk, beef patties, rib burgers, frozen chips and ham were all delivered at room temperature! I've been using this service for so long and have never received this kind of service!!! Some items were also badly packed. Detergents packed with meat, snacks packed at the very bottom of the packaging leaving them to get squashed! Wow. I thought this service was meant for our convenience. Now I'm not so sure anymore. :( utterly disappointed.
