Awful chicken

They make 3 types of chicken: Lemon and herb, which tastes bitter, because of the herbs they use. Peri-peri chicken - I never eat peri-peri stuff. The only one left is the barbeque chicken. It is usually burnt at the tips of the drumsticks and the wings are mostly inedible because of being overdone, while the rest of the chicken doesn't look too bad. However, once it's been in the microwave, all the spices they had on the skin, melted and there is no sign of it being barbequed or grilled or whatever. It tastes really nasty, much like boiled chicken and also smells the same. I have complained about it before, but nothing has changed, except the quantity of spices, which then comes off anyway. The meat inside is usually pinkish, especially the drumsticks. Very often the chicken is lying in a fatty pool. Those times I just pass it by. But surely they can do better than that.
