Awesome Service from Joseph at Witpoortjie Pick n Pay

I just want to compliment Joseph from Pick n Pay in Witpoortjir, Roodepoort. I was extremely upset on Saturday with Pick n Pay Witpoortjie first there was no price on the shelf for Green Peppers, then no price for Beetroot and then again no price for the spinach. Then I get to the till and when I claimed my green bag I was told sorry there is no stock. I was so upset because how is it that one store can get so many things wrong. I complaint with the manager Joseph and he really treated me with respect and calmly. I really gave him a piece of my mind due to them not having stock. He then said he will keep one out for me when the stock arrives on Tuesday, I told him I do my shopping over weekends, he then said he will deliver a bag to me after his shift. Today 27 Oct I get a call and he organized a bag for me at tonight 19:00 he delivered my bag with a smile and again apologising for the inconvenience. Thank you so much Joseph like I said to you last night, you are the only one that listened to me and you went out of your way after I took my frustrations out on you. I really appreciate your awesome service.
