awaiting phone

july the 24th me and my mom went to pick n pay hyper in wilkoppies I then bought myself a sinotec 8inch tablet there within the forth day the tablet had a crack on I left it at home since I was at work an then wen I wanted to use the tablet the touch didn't want to work since I feel it hasn't evens been a week yet I then took the tablet back I was then informed that im suppose to pay R600 for it after I then went to the store to inquire why the gentleman says I have to pay R600 he then phoned the sinotec head office and they said they would respond back with in some time I have now been waiting two months for my tablet according to my knowledge the item is supposed to be replaced within that 7days I would have understood if it was mayb one month and I took it back but it happened within that 4days
